I have worked in hospice and palliative care and passionate about helping people cope with difficulties in life. I provide attentive and thoughtful holistic practices, combining past-present-future work to help people process their experiences, ground in the moment, and plan for tomorrow. My clinical perspective is shaped by years of experience in grief, complex trauma, and helping navigate life changes.

I am certified in Compassionate Bereavement Care (CBC), EMDR and Trauma focused CBT.
