Hi! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Florida. I earned my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have specialized training in treating anxiety, OCD, and depression. I work with teens and adults who feel overwhelmed by their thoughts and emotions, helping them build practical tools and coping strategies. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to understand themselves more deeply, reduce distress, and take meaningful steps toward feeling more confident, grounded, and in control of their lives.
In our first session together, we'll start with a brief introduction and talk about what brought you to therapy. I'll ask some questions to better understand your current concerns, background, and goals. This helps me get a clear picture of how to best support you and begin creating a plan that fits your needs.
I love working with teens and adults who are navigating anxiety, OCD, depression and life transitions. My clients are often insightful and motivated but feel stuck in patterns of overthinking, self-doubt, or fear. They want to feel more present, confident, and in control, but need the right support and strategies to get there.
