I am a bi-racial, holistic therapist in Portland, Oregon. I am here to help you remember we are human beings, not human doings. I assist my clients in mindfully rewiring neural pathways to bring the intricacies of the mind, body, and spirit into balance. My primary focus is working with individuals who are impacted by depression, trauma, eating disorders, and BIPOC health issues. I also work with couples that desire assistance with intimacy and conflict resolution. I am dedicated to being in service and helping clients reconnect to their true power.
I have spent years crafting my clinical style; using interventions based in social science and eastern medicine. I specialize in Narrative Therapy, Critical Race Theory, Mindfulness, Systems Theory, CBT, and different frameworks of spirituality. In addition I am a HAES therapist (health at every size and eating disorder informed.)
Hardships create cracks and holes that feel beyond repair, but much like the Japanese art from Kintsugi, I believe there is no such thing as being broken.
