I specialize in providing support to adults facing challenges related to aging, caregiving, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and chronic illness. My approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and a commitment to helping individuals navigate these difficult experiences. Through a combination of therapeutic techniques and personalized strategies, I strive to empower my clients to identify areas of struggle, as well as growth, through curiosity and self-compassion. Together, we can work towards creating a path forward that honors your unique journey and fosters healing, growth, and self-affirmation.
Each client is unique, therefore I employ a diverse range of therapeutic modalities tailored to individual needs . My approach includes strengths-based, psychodynamic, solution-focused techniques, as well as elements of parts work, somatic therapy, and mindfulness.
I am dedicated to providing effective care by supporting my clients on their journey towards healing and self-affirmation in a safe and non-judgmental space.
