I have experience working with family issues, parent/child relationships, and supporting individuals who are facing upcoming transitions. I currently contract with schools and clinics to offer clinical supervision to interns/trainees from local colleges.
I have 8 years of experience working with couples and individuals, there is no formula that helps every person, because you are unique and your story is unique. In my work with couples I utilize the Gottman Method and Solution Focused Therapy. With individuals I typically use Solution Focused Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, and the Trauma Resiliency Model.
