I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families who may be feeling overwhelmed by emotional regulation challenges, behavioral concerns, family stress, or life transitions. Many of my clients are navigating pressures related to school, relationships, identity, and social media. My goal is to create a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself and exploring what you’re going through. Together, we focus on building insight, strengthening coping skills, and creating meaningful change.
I take a relational and trauma-informed approach to therapy and tailor treatment to your unique needs. I use evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT-informed skills, and Motivational Interviewing to support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and resilience. My goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered.
