Initially we would develop a way to trust one another so you would feel comfortable opening up about what is going on inside of your mind. My approach tends to look at how your thoughts, feelings and behaviors may influence you. As well as how your body gets involved in this process which may be helping or hindering you, depending on what your goals are.
I have years of experience providing individual therapy. I have spent years working with 1st responders (Military/Veterans/Police), families & people in recovery.
