Hello! My name is Ashley Duckgeischel, and I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist, located in Southern California. My mission as a therapist is to support my clients towards growth emotionally, cognitively, and spiritually as they become more fully the individuals they are designed to be. It's my goal to assist clients to have a more defined sense of self and to help them live out a life that is in line with the values they hold to. While I have experience working with clients of all backgrounds and faith systems, I am a practicing Christian who holds to a biblical worldview.
I have experience working with clients of all ages who struggle with anxiety disorders, depression, relationship challenges, identity, women's issues, health concerns, work-related issues, etc.
In my practice, I use a variety of theoretical approaches including human-centered, Christian-based integrative counseling, cognitive behavioral, reality, existential, and experiential therapies.
