Every client is unique. I take a personal approach with my clients and explore what is going on not only on the inside but also how their environment may be helping or hindering their ability to thrive. As a therapist, I'll work with you to examine the factors in your life causing distress. Together, we'll figure out a therapy path that works best for you.
