Whether you're a college student, young professional, neurodivergent adult, or a parent just trying to stay afloat, you're not alone. You deserve a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported in your full complexity, without judgement.

Therapy is not one size fits all. If you've felt stuck before, I'll meet you where you are and use what works best for you. Whether that's through IFS (Internal Family Systems), EMDR, Brainspotting, or other trauma related work, we'll process what's been holding you back and help you move toward the life you want.
