Hello, my name is Ashley Delgado and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist living in and operating out of Fresno, Ca. I grew up in Selma, California “the Raisin Capital of the world," until I graduated high school. From there I went to UC San Diego to pursue psychology and graduated with a B.A. in Psychology and minor in Film Studies. I have experience working with diverse populations including low-income, individuals and families with substance use disorders, immigrants and refugees, LGBT populations, and those with developmental or intellectual disabilities.
My passion is, to help others find their strengths, purpose, and greater understanding, of themselves. My intent in private practice is to assist others in achieving small or large personal goals related to health, career, relationships, and personal fulfillment.
My goal is not to “fix" but to help an individual, couple, or family better understand themselves and their needs in the world.
