To me, counseling is a collaboration, embarking on a journey together to create personal growth and positive change. Coming to therapy takes a lot of resiliency, strength, and trust. Therefore, creating a space where my clients feel safe and within a comfortable environment is of the utmost importance. I want you to feel welcomed and I want you to feel heard. While some issues/concerns may be our focus during our work together, I want my clients to make strides towards overall wellness and balance within their lives.
I am currently accepting new clients for in-person or online sessions in Richmond, VA and online sessions for clients in South Carolina. Feel free to reach out to me by messaging me through this website or giving our office a call. I look forward to speaking with you!
