As an eclectic/integrative therapist, I utilize many skills and techniques to advocate for you as an individual and for the situations that are present in your life.
I will encourage your voice, verbally and nonverbally to enable self-expression, self-reflection, and self-awareness to help you build and maintain a positive sense of self. My psychotherapeutic approaches and interventions are humanistic, experiential, cognitive-behavioral, and psychoanalytic.
My clinical lens is trauma informed – understanding that things happen to people, always believing your life narratives and recognizing that though there are steps to recovery, it isn’t easy. As a Movement Therapist, I focus on mind/body connection, facilitating breath-work, mindfulness and embodiment techniques.
