As a Sex & Relationship Therapist, I am passionate about helping individuals & couples have satisfying & meaningful sexual relationships. I am skilled in addressing body image concerns, confidence issues, & trauma that can inhibit the sexual system in relationships. I also work with families navigating through the trials of life as it relates to trauma, discourse, & lack of communication.
I create a space that is compassionate, non-judging, accepting, & empowering for each one of my clients. I am LGBTQIA+ allied, BIPOC & Poly friendly, & kink aware. I create a space where you feel comfortable enough to be transparent, & vulnerable. My clients leave their superhero capes at the door, & open themselves up to re-author their life stories.
I am a menstrual health, PCOS, & women's rights advocate & educator. I conduct therapy from an Emotional Focused Therapeutic approach. I bring humor when it is necessary to the therapeutic space which makes for easy rapport building & long lasting client-therapist relationships.
