They may be struggling with depression, burnout, difficulty speaking up for their needs, or the challenge of balancing self-care with everything else life demands. As a nature based therapist, I offer walk and talk sessions for individual clients in Montpelier, VT. Telehealth is also available. I tend to match well with clients looking to respond to stress differently, who are ready to learn how to better navigate their experiences and challenges of every day life.
I work with clients to build an empowering and meaningful therapeutic relationship that allows for exploration, support, and safety. I find mindfulness, somatics, Internal Family Systems and ACT helpful approaches to therapy. My approach values collaboration, a holistic understanding of your experiences, and the brain-mind-body connection.
