I know life can get busy and it can be hard to keep up with your health, which is why I provide therapy online only via Telehealth to help you access your health needs more readily. I am a therapist who brings warmth, collaboration, genuineness, and positivity to the session. If seeking therapy seems a little scary, I will do my best to create a safe space to explore whatever is most important to you. I use an integrative framework, meaning I strive to tailor treatment directly to what you want or need out of treatment.
My previous experiences include inpatient substance use for adults, children/adolescents in a school-based setting and private practice, and adults and older adults in a community mental health setting. With my variety of experience in differing settings and populations, I will apply this knowledge to help best collaborate with you on your goals.
Whether it be anxiety, daily stressors, relationship dynamics, or depressive feelings, I will walk with you to explore what is happening. I am particularly skilled at working with trauma and helping clients process the event(s) and triggers that come along with it. My attempt is to create a balanced space that allows for a casual and collaborative energy.
