I have a life-long passion for learning and growth that has led to training in several different approaches. I am trained in EMDR Therapy for trauma as well as SandTray and play therapy techniques for working with children. I am Level 1 trained in the Gottman Approach to couples counseling as well as CBT. I am confident we can tailor an approach to fit!
