Hello, I'm Ashley. I understand that vulnerability and trust are key components of therapy, and I am dedicated to fostering a safe and welcoming environment for my clients. With empathy and a touch of humor, I strive to make therapy a comfortable and empowering experience for you.
I have worked with clients of all types but find that I really connect with folks who are struggling with anxiety, life changes/transitions, and motivation.
Whether you are a new mom looking to find some time and space for yourself or you are a Gen Z figuring out how to navigate this world, I would be honored to help you work through it. I use an eclectic approach and tailor each session to the needs of my client. You can expect me to use some CBT, solution-focused, holistic, and mindful interventions.
In my free time, I enjoy yoga, pilates, nature walks, watercolor, pottery, hanging with my dogs, and thrifting/antiquing. In session, you can expect me to ask reflective questions, challenge unhelpful patterns of thinking, and hold you accountable for the goals that you are working towards.
