Deciding to partake in therapy is a difficult decision to make. My goal initially is to fully explain to you the therapeutic process as well as establish a solid therapeutic foundation. Together, we will identify goals you want to meet and I will assist in anyway possible for you to reach them! I am a core-emotional based therapist that wants to target the uncomfortable emotions and situations and teach you how to walk through the emotions rather than avoid or become reactive.
Since 2011, I have worked with those struggling with substance abuse and mental health issues. I enjoy helping each client find an overall balance in life and watch as the balance happens.
I like to start where the client is in terms of where we begin our work in a safe and judgement free environment. Each client receives individualized care based on their needs and goals. I connect with patients by connecting to your emotional pain and assist you in seeing the path of emotional peace.
