I help teens, young adults, and adults facing anxiety, trauma, grief, or major life transitions. Parents often reach out when their kids are struggling. My clients want relief, clarity, coping skills, and a safe space to feel seen, understood, and supported as they heal and grow.

I offer a warm, supportive space for children, teens, families, and women navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, and parenting challenges. Using EMDR, CBT, and family systems therapy, I help clients build resilience, strengthen relationships, and develop tools for lasting growth.
