I specialize in working with high performance individuals who have experienced trauma. Most of my clients experienced childhood neglect or abuse. Complex trauma later manifests as unstable relationships or unhealthy relationship dynamics. Until trauma is processed, it continues to surface. Unprocessed trauma negatively impacts one's core sense of safety. I help my clients gain insight into their trauma responses and replace self-sabotaging behaviors with healthier adaptive strategies. I often work with people who have symptoms of personality disorders and those who have difficulty expressing their emotions.

I work with each client to develop an individualized treatment plan based on their goals. I specialize in trauma, codependency, enmeshment, and Borderline Personality Disorder. I utilize a variety of trauma-informed therapeutic modalities. Interventions are client-specific. I meet people where they are and help them get where they want to be.

I offer a non-judgmental approach and a safe environment for emotional expression. I assist clients with setting goals and obtaining the tools needed to increase confidence, regulate emotions, and achieve a better quality of life.
