I have over a decade of experience working with individuals and families in many different settings. The therapeutic experience you can expect from me will an atmosphere of empathy and understanding, as you begin your journey of processing and healing.
When working with clients, I take a person-centered approach. Through this, I see the whole you without judgement and provide support as you work to make a positive change in your life. I also provide psychoeducation and an understanding of how our emotions, thoughts and behaviors are all interconnected.
