Feeling stuck? Overwhelmed? Exhausted? It’s easy to neglect ourselves—to feel like life has so much going on that there isn’t time or space to prioritize our goals, our relationships, self-care. Life isn’t about getting through it, but rather creating the life we want every day. Through therapy, I seek to empower others to improve their well-being and quality of life. I believe every individual is doing the best they can with their circumstances and the skills they have, and I walk alongside my clients to support them in learning new skills and addressing what holds them back from their goals and creating a happy life for themselves
As part of my belief that all deserve access to high quality therapy, I have worked to be well versed and experienced in working with diverse populations to address presenting needs to include anger, eating disorders, emotional dysregulation, trauma/PTSD, abuse, anxiety, depression, attachment needs, complex family dynamics, parenting needs, ADHD & more.
I am passionate about ensuring all individuals are able to access high quality therapeutic support.
