As a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, I work with barriers and unresolved elements of experience that create patterns in and through our lives. Patterns can dictate our past, present and future if left unattended. My focus is to work with individuals and families to empower themselves through identification of stored experiences and patterns. I provide a safe place to be curious and observe and work with parts of our experience that are asking for attention. I incorporate tracking body sensations and the rhythms of nervous system in order to bring awareness to stress, tension, and trauma in the nervous system and body.
