I’ve always felt like a therapist at heart, and becoming one has been a natural calling. I’m endlessly fascinated by people and their stories, and I find great meaning in walking alongside others in their healing journey. I love the energy that comes from working with clients—even the most challenging situations can be opportunities for growth and connection.

Trauma is my specialty, and I bring a trauma-responsive lens to every session. At the same time, I’m comfortable working with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, stress, grief and loss, relationships, and PTSD. I am open and collaborative in my approach.
