My name is Ashley Carter and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Las Vegas, Nevada and working with clients statewide via tele-health and in person. I work with adolescents and adults. I specialize in anxiety, stress, and depression, personal growth, relationships and trauma. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. My approach to therapy varies based on the needs of each client I work with.
I have found that my style and approach is a good fit for teens and young adults who may be dealing with the challenges of life transitions and social pressures. This often takes the form of anxiety, depression, stress, and depression.
