I work with teens & twenty-something’s navigating perfectionism and anxiety as highly sensitive people. You aren’t sure if you’re actually depressed or just feeling stuck. You know you’re likely highly sensitive (HSP), but are worried you’re feeling more overwhelmed than you should. As an emerging adult, you may be struggling with college stress or career decisions, romantic relationships, family dynamics, or all of the above.
Most of my clients are seeking help sorting through and managing their emotions and anxiety. It is possible to reclaim your sense of peace and re-energize your life. Coming to therapy should feel like a weight is lifted off your shoulders. I’m here to support and empower you.
