I specialize in working with those struggling with anxiety or depression, change or adjustment, or battling low self-esteem. I am passionate and experienced in helping women combat postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety and assist in navigating through other challenges associated with motherhood.
Additionally, I have worked to help heal trauma in childhood or adulthood, those struggling with substance abuse, or are survivors of sexual assault or abuse. As my client, you will be welcomed into a safe environment where you can explore how to heal, grow and change your life for the better.
