Seasons of Solitude Women's Group
Whether you are having difficulty finding friends, feeling alone in your family life, new to the state, or recently single....solitude has it's seasons. Or if you're just feeling lonely. This is a group to explore the seasons of solitude that women walk through. This group is intended to help with: developing & sustaining relationships, building confidence, and learning communication skills. Sessions will be offered either Tuesday evenings or Saturday mornings. Online and in-person. Free consultations are available. I invite you to email or call me if you have any questions.
