Community Care Workshop (Donation Based)
Community Care Workshop is an open, virtual, donation-based, mental health psychoeducation workshop. This workshop is held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 7 PM (EST). The goal of these workshops is to make mental health information accessible and relevant to the Black community (anyone is welcome to attend). S.E.L.F. Care Psychoeducation Group
S.E.L.F. Care Psychoeducation Group Therapy is a 13-week group meeting on Monday 7-9 PM EST starting Jan 30. This program offers foundational healing skills to help navigate various life transitions and changes. S.E.L.F. is an acronym representing the four pillars of the program: Safety, Emotions, Loss, and Future. This program is for folks looking to grow their healing skill set and folks who want a community of likeminded people on their healing journey.
