Many people I work with feel stuck; caught in repeated relationship patterns, overwhelmed by anxiety or emotions, and unsure why change feels so hard. You might be trying to reach your partner but keep ending up in conflict, or trying to understand yourself but feel blocked from real relief. I specialize in working with individuals and couples navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. This includes concerns like conflict cycles, infidelity, self-esteem, depression, grief, pregnancy/postpartum concerns, and stress.

For couples, I help you move out of reactive cycles toward understanding, repair, and connection. For individuals, we gently explore the patterns and emotions that are keeping you stuck so change feels possible and sustainable. My approach is eclectic; trauma-informed, attachment-based, emotionally focused, and incorporates IFS and somatic awareness.

With over 12 years of education and clinical experience, I prioritize creating a space where you feel understood and empowered. Therapy with me is not about judgment or "fixing" you.
