Hi, my name is Ashley Burner, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT).

My approach is trauma-informed and collaborative, blending practical tools with deeper
emotional work. I integrate CBT and TF-CBT, mindfulness, parts work, and
psychoeducation to help you better understand what’s happening internally, build coping
skills that fit your lifestyle, and create lasting change.
