At Grace Be Mental Health, we believe in the importance of holistic health! We believe in the mind, body, soul connection. We strive to meet each client where they are, taking a person-centered approach. We intend for therapy to be a safe space! We view therapy as a tool, and an experience that can assist in the life-long process of learning and re-learning ourselves. We are honored to be a part of the work of self-development with each client we get to know!
Clients can expect a safe space to share about themselves and what is on their mind. They will be empowered to learn new concepts and skills. The goal is for clients to feel supported and challenged, as we continue to get to know each other. 5 minute guided meditations are offered at the end of each new intake appointment.
