About
I can provide a safe space where clients can explore thoughts, emotions, and behaviors freely. Regardless of cultural background or personal lifestyles, all are welcomed to explore themselves, their needs, their goals, and any concerns they may have, through a relaxed and nonjudgmental therapeutic experience. I aim to encourage, highlight, and empower those who seek clarity through difficult situations or when life appears most murky. Navigating through difficult thoughts or experiences alone may appear daunting at times. You are not alone and therapy can be that outlet to which you will be able to create your own path to healing.
I utilize researched-based interventions and experiential techniques to best adhere to my clients needs. My specialities include Trauma Informed Counseling, Sexual Abuse, Military Counseling, LGBTQIA concerns, Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, as well as, every day stressors. I truly enjoy bringing creativity into sessions through art, movement and nature as well.
Finding the right therapist can be stressful and even scary when searching for someone to disclose the most vulnerable parts of ourselves. I want to first highlight the strength it takes to ask for help. I always aim to create a sense of safety and belonging within sessions and encourage you to take that first step towards healing and over-all wellbeing.
