Witness yourself through creative calling. Therapy should be a place were you can feel completely free to be and explore your truest self. Each week I hope to hold holistic space for clients to collaborate and creatively work through any obstacles within the process of growth and inner transformation. Together, inviting discussion and engagement with your mind, body and spirit to progress in self fulfillment.
My approach is trauma informed and intuitively person-centered, providing psychotherapy through creative art processes, mindfulness, CBT and somatic witnessing. My specialties include women’s issues, depression, anxiety, complex trauma, existential & identity concerns race concerns, and disordered eating.
It is of the utmost importance to build true, meaningful relationships with clients through trust, support and therapeutic transparency. If you feel called to please feel free to reach out via email or via Artful Life to schedule a free consultation. I look forward to hearing from you!
