We do our best to pack away our hurts in a way allowing us to continue functioning. My goal is to work with you to process your experiences in a way that helps you understand yourself better. This is how we move from functioning, to thriving. I serve individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of issues. I work with individuals and couples who are struggling with adjustment disorders, relationship trauma, anxiety, communication issues, and familial issues. I am especially interested in helping those overcoming life transitions and adjustment difficulties, anxiety, and trauma related to relationships.
In sessions with me, you can expect to be met with compassion, authenticity, and understanding. I believe counseling is helpful as a way to untangle past experiences, build new ways to understand your world, and set the stage for the future you desire. I'm passionate about our community and my goal is to support you to increase safety, health, and autonomy.
I started on the path to becoming a counselor because of my passion to help individuals, couples and families create lives they are happy with. I hope to partner with my clients and believe the best work can be done when we work together!
