As a licensed psychologist, I work with clients who seek therapy for a number of different reasons: they might be brought in to therapy by work stress, a recent loss of a relationship, or an ongoing battle with depression or anxiety. Through our work together, I see clients recover from these concerns. And as we continue along in our work, I also see something deeper happen. We peel back layers of the proverbial onion together, and clients come to a greater sense of self-knowledge and fulfillment in their life and their relationships.
I view it as my role to partner with you as you work towards greater self-understanding and growth. I believe that relationships have enormous power to heal and this belief informs my approach in therapy. Above all else, I believe that everyone who walks into my office has an innate wisdom and ability to change their life for the better.
I believe that the choice to pursue therapy is a courageous one. I also recognize that finding the right therapist can feel like a daunting task. I invite you to reach out to me to discuss whether we might be a good fit.
