If you are ready to seek assistance, or even on the fence about it, finding the right therapist is important. I work closely with each individual client in order to properly assess their needs. Based on therapy results, therapy modalities are chosen and implemented. As an eclectic therapist, I employ a wide range of techniques derived from modalities such as: CBT, DBT, RET, AA, Refuge Recovery, and SMART.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and hold a Master of Health Care Administration. After receiving a my LCSW, I noticed that my patients were not always benefiting from the typical medical model. I found that by being able to partner with integrative practitioners, my clients were better able to tap into their mind-body connection; reaping the results.
I work closely with each of my patients in order to properly assess and help them meet their goals. Each session is focused around the individuals needs by tailoring therapy modality. One-on-one and family sessions are available. My passion and empathy allows me to meet my client’s current needs and work towards their future goals.
