I am passionate about working with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating emotional and behavioral dysregulation, trauma, and high-risk behaviors. I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Chicago and have clinical training in evidence-based therapies including DBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing. I balance acceptance and change in therapy sessions while supporting clients in expanding their coping strategies, strengthening emotional resilience, and building more stable, fulfilling, and values-aligned lives. I see clients virtually at Midwest DBT. Midwest DBT is in-network with BCBS and Aetna PPO plans.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in the relationship as the foundation for meaningful change. I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, understood, and supported while moving closer to their goals. I believe that anyone can change their lives with collaboration, curiosity, and commitment. I am also an animal lover and welcome pets in sessions!
Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming - you do not have to figure it all out by yourself. Whether you are looking to better understand your emotions, build coping skills, or make meaningful changes in your life, I will meet you where you are while supporting you in moving toward where you want to be!
