I enjoy working with women who've experienced narcissistic abuse and trauma, individuals with emetophobia, couples with communication issues, and children and teens. I also help people struggling with people-pleasing, dissociation, low self-worth, body image concerns, anxiety, phobias, binge behaviors, and plenty of other patterns that feel difficult to change. I often hear clients say something isn’t working but they aren’t sure why or how to change it. Together, we’ll identify the root of the problem, develop a personalized treatment plan, and create clear goals so you understand what we’re addressing and how we’ll move forward!

As a therapist, researcher, and educator, I blend evidence-based approaches with unique strategies that help you process past wounds, reconnect with all parts of yourself, and build a life that feels more authentic, peaceful, and aligned with who you want to be.
