My work primarily includes Relationally Focused Psychodynamic Therapy. I have experience treating adolescents and adults in individual and group settings and have worked with individuals who experienced grief and loss, depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, self-esteem and domestic violence.

My ultimate goal is to empower others to create meaningful change in their life. A strong therapeutic relationship and genuine connection can have a powerful healing effect on our previously damaging relationships and experiences; I believe that curiosity about ourselves and our experiences is a central part of the therapeutic process.
