Reaching out for help can feel overwhelming. After working closely with people in the mental health field for the past 7 years, I've learned that we all need support at times. I enjoy working with people of all ages to identify their triggers, process their trauma, and learn healthy coping skills and boundaries. I also love family work where I can help people navigate challenges and improve their relationships. My favorite clients are the ones that come into counseling with curiosity about their past and and a desire for growth and healing.
I have extensive training on treating trauma and deep professional experience working with teens, families and individuals. I understand the complexities of family dynamics and mental health, and I value the unique experiences that my clients bring to our therapeutic conversations.
