Hello, I'm Ashley. I provide therapy for children, teens, adults and families. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and relationship challenges, using evidence-based practices like Trauma- Focused CBT alongside creative approaches such as art therapy. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel understood and empowered to build resilience, improve relationships and move toward healing. I am best positioned to serve children, teens, and adults who feel overwhelmed by life's challenges but are motivated to find healthier ways of coping.

Many of my clients come to therapy struggling with trauma, anxiety, or relationship conflicts, often feeling "stuck" in old patterns or unsure how to move forward. Others are parents or families who want to strengthen communication, set healthy boundaries, or better support their children's emotional needs.

I work well with clients who are open to self-reflection, curious about change, and ready to take small but meaningful steps toward healing. Whether your goal is to reduce anxiety, process painful experiences, strengthen family bonds or build confidence, I provide the guidance, tools, and supportive space needed to help you reach those goals.
