With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, I have a variety of tools and knowledge to turn to in order to help assist you with overcoming whatever obstacles you feel are in your way. I am here to help you put all the pieces back together, and get you to the place you deserve to be.
I am a licensed professional counselor who works with adolescents, adults and families. I am LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC affirming and allied. I work with clients ages 12 and up, and offer individual, couples, and family therapy. I tailor my therapeutic approach and interventions to support my clients' treatment goals and needs.
My practice is focused on working with clients and families struggling with maladaptive coping strategies, communication and behavioral difficulties, interpersonal conflict, addictive behaviors, and a variety of mood, anxiety and thought disorders, as well as trauma and grief.
