I work with adults facing anxiety, depression, perfectionism, grief and loss, and major life transitions. I support clients with relationship concerns, family-of-origin patterns, communication challenges, personal values, faith, and career discernment. My trauma-informed, integrative approach may include EFT tapping and online EMDR to support lasting change.

Using attachment theory, I explore your early relationships with caregivers that can give insight into how you relate to yourself and others now as an adult.
