Just like pulling a weed from the root prevents it from growing back, I believe that therapy is most effective when we get to the root of problems and address the core issues contributing to your symptoms. I am here to build your insight into issues, help you process how and where they started, and give you the tools to prevent your symptoms from coming back once they're gone.

I begin treatment with some testing to help me understand you more fully. We collaborate to determine a treatment plan that makes the most sense for your needs and goals. I then work to identify triggers for your symptoms, and I process your thoughts and feelings about current stressors and past traumas. We go at your pace, and I always welcome feedback.
