Hi. I provide therapy and support to individuals and families in Mississippi and Alabama, using a person-centered, holistic approach to navigate life's challenges. With over 10 years in the helping profession, I have had the pleasure of working with individuals, couples, and families, from adolescents to middle-aged adults, who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, sexual abuse, OCD, perinatal loss, and mood and personality disorders, among other issues that cause distress.
My experience and education in clinical social work, marriage and family, trauma, grief, and addiction offer the perfect foundation to come alongside, challenge, and encourage others to find healing emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually.
I am deeply passionate about the well-being of families and believe that every person is unique and deserving of acceptance—this is the heart behind the name The Well: Family Support.
