Life can be challenging at times. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Perinatal Mental Health provider, I value the therapist-client relationship and believe that this is key to helping a client in their journey. Nothing is too big or too small for therapy. I strive to provide a relaxing therapeutic environment that allows for a sense of humor while also instilling hope, promoting change and assisting each client to be the best version of themselves. I help my clients to believe in themselves and work to increase their confidence and self-worth, which in turn helps the client to meet their treatment goals.
I have a passion for working with women during the fertility journey, pregnancy, loss, postpartum and during all the seasons of motherhood as I know how challenging they can be. I have a passion for helping women through this journey and navigating the joys, and sometimes difficult parts, of the family planning and motherhood journey.
