Hello! My name is Ashley Bailey (she/they). I am a Master’s Level therapist with a rich background in Social Work and Psychiatric Rehabilitation. I am LGBTQIA+ identifying/affirming, sex-positive, body positive (all bodies), and dedicated to providing an affirming space that recognizes disability as a form of human diversity. Our therapeutic work together would be done through an anti-oppressive lens, which recognizes the inherent connection between societal/systemic issues and our individual mental health and wellness.

My approach is warm, empathetic, curious, genuine, and humorous. I challenge unhelpful thoughts, beliefs, behaviors, and patterns with compassion and understanding. I believe that therapy is a working collaboration between the two of us to cultivate a space that allows you to heal and grow on your own terms, with a treatment approach that works for you.

I am open to working with anyone who feels they would benefit from our time together. However, as a queer and neurodivergent person myself, I am especially interested in working with folks struggling with anxiety/intrusive thoughts, phobias, LGBTQIA+/related issues, religious trauma, issues related to internalized capitalism, and more.
