I use a balance of cognitive behavioral therapy techniques and exploring how your childhood shaped your current thoughts and behaviors.
I strongly believe that the biggest factor in positive growth and healing in therapy is because of the relationship between the therapist and client. Change cannot occur if you do not trust your therapist or feel judged. I strive to make every session feel as safe as possible for you. I love helping my clients reach their goals.
